Integrus Human Capital Solutions, LLC (Integrus HCS) was established in February 2012. Located in Houston, the company was founded by staffing professionals with more than 35 years of experience in the industry.
Our success is rooted in our proven processes and employees. We have a recruiting and sales teams that are composed of a selected group of individuals who have years of experience and accomplishments in their respective industries. They also recognize your specific needs.

Bryant Miller, President and CEO
In February of 2012, Bryant co-founded Integrus Human Capital Solutions (Integrus HCS). Prior to establishing Integrus HCS, Bryant accepted a leadership role with Brooke Companies and Brightson Document Review in March 2011 with a primary focus on streamlining processes and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of consulting and recruiting efforts across practice areas.
His responsibilities lie in the daily management of the organization to increase profitability in addition to the formalization and implementation of a growth plan to ensure a regional footprint.
Bryant’s diverse sales and management experience includes a focus on both augmenting staff and providing turnkey solutions for IT businesses. Prior to joining Brooke Companies and Brightson Document Review, Bryant began his career appraising residential and commercial properties in the greater Houston area for Dominy, Ford, and McPherson.
After several years in that industry, he pursued opportunities at TEKsystems (formerly Aerotek Data Services) where he studied the recruiting industry from the ground up—marching from recruiter to account manager and then to director of branch operations followed by serving as the manager of business development for the Houston market. Ultimately, he led in a national capacity as the director of business development for North America.
Before his time at Brooke Companies and Brightson Document Review, Bryant also served as president of Donovan & Watkins, a Willis Group U.S. Company where he successfully turn a business primarily focused on direct hire placement to more of a company that placed contract consultants/employees.
In less than a 4-year period, the company’s revenues grew from 7 million dollars to over 28 million a year. He also successfully started a new division around contract document review.
Before joining Donovan & Watkins, Bryant was asked to execute a sales strategy for turnkey solutions as the practice manager of managed services at eLinear Solutions, Inc. In addition, he served as the director of client services at Kforce, Inc., where he was charged with the responsibility of restructuring sales and recruiting processes to foster a team-oriented culture best positioned to achieve financial goals.
Bryant holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.

Denise Cavazos-Miller, Vice President of Operations
Denise Cavazos-Miller, Vice President of Operations
Denise is one of the co-founders of Integrus Human Capital Solutions, LLC. She focuses on strategic market growth, client development and retention, recruitment, and internal training.
Her areas of involvement include managing marketing materials, local tradeshows and recruiting as well as attending and presenting at seminars and events. She maintains consultative relationships with a broad cross section of clients reaching back over 10 years. Denise’s recruiting and sales foundation lies in the clerical, administrative, legal, human resources, accounting, and information technology areas.
Prior to starting Integrus Human Capital Solutions in March 2011, Denise worked at Donovan & Watkins initially as a recruiter from 2005 to 2007. She then transitioned into an account manager role from 2007 to 2011. At Donovan & Watkins, she was recognized as a top producer in sales based on her ability to establish and build long lasting relationships with her clients.
